What counts as a seat?
Every user in your workspace — including admins and managers.
What happens if I outgrow the Free tier?
When you try to add a 6th user you'll be prompted to upgrade to Team. No surprise charges — you're in control.
What happens after the trial?
If you don't upgrade and you're within the 5-seat Free limit, core scheduling keeps working and Team features turn off. If you're over 5 users, you get 7 days to upgrade or remove users before the workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays.
